BIOGRAPHY

Ross Piercey is the Head of Cable Fault Response and Monitoring at James Fisher Renewables, with over fourteen years’ experience in offshore wind. He leads the company’s cable fault readiness, response, and repair services, supporting subsea installation and maintenance projects worldwide.

Ross works with customers to enhance asset management through data-driven monitoring solutions that strengthen reliability and stakeholder confidence. He also contributes to several cable industry working groups and supports a high-voltage termination improvement project with the Carbon Trust and Offshore Wind Accelerator.
