Waltter Kulvik is the Co-Head of Digital Infrastructure at Simmons & Simmons, advising infrastructure and private equity investors, hyperscalers, fibre developers, TowerCos, and operators on major digital infrastructure projects. He has led transactions spanning Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Waltter’s recent work includes advising on the development of subsea fibre networks, disposals of interests in cable systems, and competitive auctions for fibre developers. His cross-border experience ensures strategic guidance across some of the most complex global digital connectivity investments.
